1. PLANT MANAGER
Incumbent is expected to develop sound production policies and procedures in order to optimize the production facilities to ensure output maximization, efficient human resource utilization and cost maximization.
Applicants who should not be more than 45 years old should possess a first degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering with a minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a reputable multinational polyurethane manufacturing company. MSc/MBA will be an advantage.

2. ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER
Successful candidate is expected to demonstrate expertise in the mobilization and coordination of varied engineering resources in order to ensure optimal engineering services support to manufacturing and other units of the Company. Applicants who should not be more than 40 years old should possess a first degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years cognate experience in a reputable multinational FMCG manufacturing company.

3. PURCHASING MANAGER
Successful candidate will be expected to develop effective policies and procedures as well as apply exceptional skills in managing the procurement and delivery of materials from overseas and local suppliers in order to optimize the production and corporate goals of the company. Applicants who should not be more than 40 years old must possess first degree in any of the sciences with a minimum of 8 years experience in procurement, logistics and planning management in a reputable multinational FMCG manufacturing company. Membership of the Institute of Purchasing & Supply and MBA will added advantages.

4. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Incumbent will be expected to demonstrate exceptional skills in the formulation and implementation of sound HR initiatives that will support the achievement of the Company's vision. Suitable candidates will not be more than 45 years old, with first degree in the social sciences. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years cognate experience preferably in a reputable FMCG manufacturing company. Certification/membership of CIPM and working knowledge of HRIS will be definite advantages.

5. COMPENSATION MANAGER
Incumbent will be expected to develop and deploy effective compensation strategies and processes that will build employee passion at all levels to achieve corporate goals. Suitable candidates will not be more than 35 years old with a first degree. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years cognate experience preferably in a reputable FMCG manufacturing company. Certification/membership of CIPM and working knowledge of HRIS will be definite advantages.

6. LEGAL OFFICER
Successful candidate will be expected to provide legal advisory services to the various business units within the Company assist in the drafting of commercial agreements, coordinate the Company's secretarial duties and activities of external counsels. Suitable candidates will not be more than 35 years old should possess a first degree in Law from a reputable University with a minimum of 4 years experience in commercial law practice. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is essential.

7. SALES REPRESENTATIVES
We are looking for young men and women who are driven by an unquenchable appetite to achieve targets. Incumbents are expected to demonstrate a high level of customer focus with exceptional ability to build profitable business relationships with current and potential customers. Applicants who should not be more than 35 years old must possess a first degree and a minimum of 5 years field sales experience in a reputable FMCG Company.
